Will GOA products help with my acne?
The short answer is YES. There are multiple types and severities of acne, and GOA covers about 80% of them. We do have to note that our routines and products do not substitute any dermatologist-prescribed product and if you are using any prescription skincare, you should consult your dermatologist before using our Anti-Vice solutions. If you are using peroxide and have to keep using it, we do not recommend any of our products with Dark Phyto-Matter as it contains retinol.
Are GOA products suitable for everyone?
GOA’s product line is great for anyone that is not undergoing any dermatological or medical treatments involving the skin.
Do your products contain Gluten?
Nope. Our products are gluten-free.
Do your products contain Soy?
Our products do not contain soy.
Do your products contain Sugar?
Some of our products contain sugarcane derivatives.
Are your products Vegan?
Yes. Our products are 100% vegan.
Are your products Cruelty-Free?
Yes! We are a cruelty-free product line.
How often should I use your product?
Our routines are meant for daily use. Please see the directions on each product to know more.
How soon should I see results?
Cosmetically you will see some immediate results. As 2-4 weeks go by you will begin to see more.
Is your product manufactured in an FDA approved facility?
Yes! Our laboratory is approved by the FDA and obtains the highest manufacturing certifications like ISO and GMP. If you have any questions contact us at email@example.com

Shipping & Returns
How do you ship orders?
We ship our orders through our automated fulfillment service.
Do you ship internationally?
We do! Check out our shipping rates during checkout. We provide free international shipping over $300 USD.
Will I be charged duty fees on my international order?
Contact us for more information on this. Each country is different and we will make sure you will not be charged any customs fees.
How long will it take you to process my order?
We process your order right away. Any orders received by 2pm CST go out the day of!
What are your shipping charges?
Zero...for now:( If you want expedited shipping we’ll have to charge you extra. Learn more by adding products to your cart and looking at the options on the shipping page.
Can I track my package?

What if I did not receive a confirmation email upon placing my order?
Check your junk mail or update folder and get those emails in your inbox. If you still can’t find it, let us know! It could be that we have the wrong email.
What is your Returns and Refund Policy?
All returns must be postmarked within 15 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. If you think our product caused a negative reaction on your skin please discontinue use and contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org.
