Step 1 / Face + Body Application
Use 1 pump for body. For face, use ¼ to ½ pump. On wet skin, spread like a mask—no lather needed. Best used in shower or steam.
Step 2 / Inhale, Exhale
Wait 30-60 seconds. Focus only on your hands’ circular motions while spreading and lathering the cleanser around your face, neck, shoulders, underarms, and chest for full experience. Take deep breaths. Rinse.

Use / Face + Undereye mask
Apply the mask to facial skin 1–3 times per week based on your skin’s tolerance. For the under-eye area, use 1–7 times weekly depending on sensitivity and skin response.

Step 01 / Steralize Roller
Use an alcohol wipe or detergent to clean roller, do this after using it as well.

Remove all dirt, oils, and makeup from face.

Step 01 / Cleanse AM + PM
Start with the Purifying Face Cleanser. Wet your face with warm water. Dispense 1/2 pump of cleanser onto damp hands, lather, and massage onto your face. Rinse thoroughly with warm then cool water and pat dry.
Step 02 / Exfoliate Every 3 Days
Apply a double quarter amount of the Recovery Face Scrub (RFS) to wet or damp skin. Wait 30-60 seconds. Massage gently in circular motions, focusing on areas with texture or congestion. Rinse thoroughly with cool water and pat dry.
Step 03 / Mask it 1x per Week
Out of the shower; apply a spatula full of the Anti-Fatigue Face Mud Mask to clean damp skin. Avoid eyes and lips. Relax for 15 minutes. Rinse thoroughly with cool water and pat dry.
Step 04 / Apply the Undereye Serum
AM + PM | Remove the stopper from the nozzle and gently press to dispense half a pump onto your ring finger. Apply the serum under and around each eye using a light dabbing motion. After use, replace the stopper in the nozzle.
Step 05 / Apply the Face Serum
AM + PM | Remove the stopper from the nozzle and dispense one pump into the palm of your hand. Transfer some serum to your other hand, then gently dab it onto all areas of the face. After applying, place the stopper back into the nozzle.
Step 06 / Apply the Face Cream
AM + PM | Remove the cap and dispense one pump onto your fingertips. Lightly tap the cream onto different sections of your face. Using both hands, gently smooth the cream into your skin.
