We stand behind everything we make. Each product and device carries its own coverage, described in full below. When something is not right, contact us first and we will work through it together.

Manufacturer's Warranty

Covers verified manufacturing defects and functional failures under normal, intended use. If your Exomask stops working through no fault of your own, we will repair or replace it at no charge within the first year from delivery.

90-Day Coverage

Experience Guarantee

If you develop a skin reaction, irritation, or sensitivity attributable to the device, or if a physical or medical condition makes it impossible to use the Exomask, contact us within 90 days. We will work with you on a return or exchange. This guarantee does not apply to change of mind or general dissatisfaction.

Factory-Sealed Return

An Exomask with its original factory seal fully intact may be returned at any time, no questions asked. Once the seal is broken, the device falls under the Manufacturer's Warranty and Experience Guarantee terms above.

To initiate an Exomask claim, email service@goaskincare.com with your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photos or a short video. We will review and advise on next steps before you ship anything back. Do not ship the device without written confirmation from our team.

If you are unsatisfied with a GOA skincare product for any reason (a reaction, an issue with the formulation, or a product that is simply not working for your skin), contact us within 90 days of delivery. We will first try to resolve the issue directly, and when appropriate, process a refund, exchange, or store credit and provide a prepaid return label.

To keep this guarantee sustainable for everyone, we ask that you have given the product a genuine try. We may request order details, photos, or a brief description of your experience before approving a return.

Contact us before shipping anything

Email service@goaskincare.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or a short video of the product, packaging, and any damage or reaction. We will reply with a decision and, if approved, next steps and a prepaid return label.

Pack your item securely

Use the original packaging where possible. If a bottle is leaking, seal it inside a zip-lock bag before boxing. Include a copy of your order confirmation or proof of purchase inside the package.

Ship using our label or the address below

Use the return label we provide, or ship to: GOA Skincare, Attn: Returns / Order # 1619 N La Brea Ave, Ste 325, Los Angeles, CA 90028. Confirm the shipping method with us by email before sending.

We will process your refund or exchange

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process the agreed resolution (refund, exchange, or store credit) within 5 to 7 business days. Refunds may take 1 to 2 billing cycles to appear on your statement depending on your bank or card provider.
