Returns

We offer a 90 day money back guarantee. If you experience an issue with a product, we will work with you to correct it and, when appropriate, process a refund or exchange and provide a return label.

To start a return, contact us at service@goaskincare.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or short videos of the product, packaging, and any damage or reaction. These help us verify what happened and speed up your refund or exchange.


Returns Process

Once your return is approved by email:

  1. Place the item securely in its original packaging. If the bottle is leaking, seal it inside a ziplock bag.

  2. Include your proof of purchase or a copy of your order confirmation.

  3. Use the return label we provide or ship to the address below if instructed:

If the bottle or packaging is damaged, please email photos or a short video to service@goaskincare.com before shipping anything back so we can confirm the next step.


Refunds and Exchanges

After we receive your return and inspect the condition of the item, we will process a refund, store credit, or exchange based on what we agreed in email.

Please allow 5 to 7 business days from the date we receive your package to process the return. Refunds may take 1 to 2 billing cycles to appear on your statement, depending on your card provider or bank.


Exceptions and Questions

For defective, damaged on arrival, or incorrect skincare products, email service@goaskincare.com with your order number, photos or video of the issue, and your preferred resolution. We will confirm whether a return is needed or if we can resolve it directly.

For devices such as the Exomask, we only cover verified manufacturing defects or damage that occurred during shipping. The Exomask is not covered by the 90-Day Guarantee we offer for non-LED products. We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for damage caused by user drops, impact, water, improper storage, modifications, normal wear, or other accidental or user related issues. Please send your order number, photos or video, and a clear description of the problem to service@goaskincare.com so we can review and advise next steps. We only accept unopened (with plastic wrapping intact) Exomasks within 30 days of delivery without questions asked.

Experience Guarantee

If you develop a skin reaction, irritation, or sensitivity attributable to the device, or if a physical or medical condition makes it impossible for you to use the Exomask, contact us within 90 days. We will work with you on a return or exchange. Images of before and after will be require to process a refund. This guarantee does not apply to change of mind or general dissatisfaction.
