We have a 30 day money back guarantee policy. There are multiple situations in which we will process a refund and send out a label for a return, so we'll work with you to get any issue corrected. Always here to help! Contact us immediately if you are having any issues at service@goaskincare.com.

Returns Process 

To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging (use a ziplock bag if contents are leaking), include your proof of purchase, and mail your return the following address:

If the bottle is damaged (for some reason) beyond belief, please send a photo to service@goaskincare.com and we'll take care of it. 

Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your [return or exchange]. Please allow at least 1  [number of days to process returns] days from the receipt of your item to process your [return/exchange/return or exchange]. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.
